This End of Production Inspection (EPI) or Final Random Inspection (FRI) usually occurs when about 90% of the production are finished and packed, or ready to be packed.

The EPI is the most Strategic and Crucial inspection of all. Any defect at this stage of production would be shipped by the manufacturers and would represent not only a loss for the buyers, but also a cost of opportunity and a risk of damaging their brand image.
It is essential to run an EPI and identify every defects based on Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) or other customer request.

What to Inspect?
We make sure that the volume available for inspection is corresponding to the milestones set up or / and to the final shipping date agreed by with the buyer.
We will count every pieces available on site and their current production status.
Are the items on site matching the buyer's requirements and /or common furniture export quality standards.
Are the packing, packaging and labeling matching buyer's requirements.
Carton drop test (ASTM D5276), Smell test, Function test, Color test, Adhesive test (ASTM D3359-02), Abuse test, Resistance test, Hi-pot test, Construction check.
