This Pre-Production Inspection is the best way for you to make sure if the furniture manufacturer is ready for your order.

The main cause of delay in furniture is the poor management of order.
Organizing the order as a project and setting up milestones will help for the whole time management of all processes and prevent common mistakes.

What to Inspect?
Rather the factory is working with CNC or manually, technical drawings are essential for the good conduct of the order. If master sample is used, it should be mentioned to buyer.
Is the Bill of Materials clear and ready and does it match buyer's requirements? What are the components on site and the components to be ordered.
Who will be the persons in charge of what, what are their contact information, their volume of work and deadlines.
Are the machines available for production and measuring tools functioning properly.
What are the components already available and their conditions at the time of inspection. What are their origins and do they meet Bill Of Materials description.
